I teach half-hour piano lessons for kids and 45-min. lessons for adults. Lessons are once a week. You need to have a piano at your home, or regular access to a piano to practice on. The piano may be either acoustic or electronic. You need to be able to set aside some time to practice. More practice time usually results in faster progress.

My rate for regular weekly lessons is $40 per 30min. lesson. Families of three kids and up could get a discount. Lessons could be payable in advance on monthly basis. I could meet informally in person or via FaceTime before agreeing to take a student on.
